Cancellations, refunds and ownership changes

If the event cannot be carried out on the scheduled dates due to the restrictions imposed by the Health Authorities of Navarra or another cause of force majeure, the test will be held once these restrictions are lifted, transferring all registrations to the new date.

The registration fee will only be refunded in the event that the event is definitively canceled by the Authorities. In this case, only €6 will be charged for bank fees and €20 for the jersey that will be sent to each participant.

The amount of the refund will not include the cost of the contracted cancellation insurance or the purchase of clothing or material for the test or any other service independent of the registration.

The Organization reserves the right to cancel the test up to 1 hour before departure if the physical integrity of the participants is in danger due to meteorological reasons.

The Organization is not responsible for extra expenses related to registration such as accommodation or travel in case of cancellation of the test.

If the situation requires it, the organization may make the following modifications:

  • Modify the routes and/or activate alternative sections.
  • Modify departure times.
  • Activate the Covid-19 protocol depending on what the epidemiological moment requires.

The registration to Tierra Estella Epic does not contemplate refunds of the registration amount for any event (except the aforementioned) from 15 days after registration unless cancellation insurance is contracted at the time of registration.

Regardless of the date on which the registration is processed, returns will not be accepted from September 17 at 5:00 p.m. under any circumstances. In the case of contracting the cancellation insurance, the participating person must carry out the procedure to unsubscribe directly with the insurance company, the Organization not being responsible for this procedure.
